EXECUTIVE SHORT PROGRAM

Language: French   drapeau fr

Program overview

Studies regularly confirm that the relationship with the direct manager is the main determinant of employee commitment. In particular, they need to feel supported in carrying out their tasks. However, under pressure of time and results, most managers focus on the operational nature of their role. In their quest for efficiency, their reflex is to cut to the chase and come up with a solution to move forward. In doing so, they can miss the opportunity to act as genuine talent developers. Being a leader who develops talent means : Enabling employees to give their best, by transforming pressure into sustainable emulation, Increasing the autonomy of your team to ensure sustainable performance, Developing mutually respectful and inspiring professional relationships through coaching. While developing your leadership skills and capitalising on your identity as a manager.

Learning methods

The pedagogy emphasizes experiential approaches and sharing of practices. It creates conditions for discovering new representations of one's role as a leader and manager's missions, based on awareness, questioning, and training. Conceptual contributions are experienced within the group to reinforce appropriation and engagement in change. Learning is anchored through training, simulations, and co-development based on real situations experienced by participants. The seminar's structure supports the development and implementation of an individual development plan with feedback and experiences sharing.
