Program overview

 

The ability to motivate and support teams plays a key role in leading transformation processes effectively. To be successful, you need to integrate your own commitment and beliefs, as well as how you interact with all stakeholders. This program therefore combines the cross-disciplinary perspectives of sociology, the systemic approach, corporate governance and managerial relationships, in order to provide a complete frame of reference.

Understanding and diagnosis 

Capitalize on human sciences to gain a better understanding of stakeholder logic, in terms of the meaning of change, changes in culture and values, the behavior of stakeholders, and interactions within a group. 

Accompanying change 

Develop your role as an agent of transformation by rethinking your positioning, the way you assess situations, your intentions and action strategy.

Action plan and implementation

Increase your impact to facilitate transformation, by integrating the nature and quality of your connections and interactions. 

Leading change 

Learn how to lead and support transformation. The different stages: announcing change, the impact on stakeholders, strategic choices, implementation, key assessment and measurement indicators, and communication.

This program offers a broad vision of the sociological and systemic aspects of change, before progressively focusing on comparative approaches based on real experiences, exchanges on the specific contexts of the participants, and practical input on key situations. It is taught by a range of experts with complementary approaches.
