Pedagogy and Evaluations
Pédagogy :
The pedagogical method relies on HEC's academic content, observation of best practices of international companies, direct testimonies of participants, and their own professional experiences. Confronting these different perspectives allows for reflection, broadening horizons, and mutual enrichment. The instructors will use real company cases to illustrate various themes and encourage participants to envision themselves in diverse and more or less complex situations. These cases will be supplemented with practical exercises for participants to practice handling the presented concepts and tools. Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to work in teams, debate among themselves as in a company's management committee, and network to build a peer network for their entire professional life, while enjoying the HEC campus.
Evaluations
The assessment is based on individual participation, group work, as well as a knowledge test.
