This program is a reinforcement in coaching, both professionally and personally. It is built upon a humanistic vision of coaching that combines humanity with performance, benefiting the company. Our focus is executive coaching: a process where a qualified and certified coach supports an individual, typically a leader (manager or executive), in achieving their career goals and enhancing their leadership skills. Join a space for individual and collective learning and experimentation, fostering human dynamics in the service of social and societal transformations.

The program is aimed at:
Certified Coaches
Prerequisite: A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience

Objectives
Practice Executive Coaching through experiential learning
Deepen approaches to understanding individuals and relational dynamics
Strengthen the skills and mindset essential for reliable and effective professional coaching in the workplace, covering theoretical, methodological, behavioral, and ethical aspects
Build an ambitious professional project as a responsible actor in social and societal transformations
Program
Supporting change, the systemic approach, philosophical questioning to serve posture and ethics
The body's role in coaching, creativity in support, narrative methods
Creating a business plan, defining the legal structure, highlighting your unique coaching style, addressing the specifics of the relationship with the prescriber

LEARNING & EVALUATION METHODS
An original experiential teaching method that integrates various learning levers: Experimentation is at the heart of the teaching, with participants training in executive coaching scenarios. Conceptual contributions are presented using participatory practices to accelerate understanding. Numerous practical training sessions are conducted in “aquarium” or sub-group formats.
ASSESSMENT METHODS:
Submission of a dissertation and defense covering four parts:
a. My personal transformation
b. My professional project
c. Applied research topic related to coaching
d. Analysis of the practical application mission
